Who we are

Afterthis is an early-stage app being built in India by Trigger (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• The time you joined and which form you used (top or bottom of the page).
• If you tap “I’d pay ₹99 a month”: only that a tap happened and when. It is not linked to your email or to you.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and saves data through Google Firebase, so those services see your device’s IP address as part of normal web traffic.

Why

To email you when your invite is ready, and occasionally ask a short question about what you’d want from the app. You give consent by joining; you can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept

In Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), stored in the United States. Nobody can read the list from the website; only we can, from our admin account.

How long

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the app launches publicly, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing truetrigger@protonmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Never

We never sell your data, share it for advertising, or let anyone pay to be shown to you.
